NWP, LLC ("we", "our", "us"), operating PitchPro360, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: Name, email address, company name, payment information (processed by Stripe).

Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, features used, proposal analytics data.

Proposal Data: Proposal content, AI-generated scores and suggestions, version history snapshots (automatically saved when you edit proposals), and proposal sharing/tracking data (including recipient email addresses, view timestamps, IP addresses, and device information of viewers).

Learning Center Data: Course progress, lesson completion status, and time spent on educational content within the Proposal Academy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments and manage billing (including monthly and annual subscription cycles), send notifications (including proposal view alerts), generate AI-powered proposal scores and recommendations, store and manage proposal version history, track proposal sharing analytics, deliver educational content through the Proposal Academy, improve our Service, comply with legal obligations, and detect fraud.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: payment processors (Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers, and as required by law.

4. GDPR Rights (EU Users)

5. CCPA Rights (California Users)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits to protect your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Proposal version history is retained alongside the parent proposal. Proposal sharing analytics (view tracking data) are retained for as long as the shared link is active. Learning progress data is retained with your account. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except as required by law.

8. AI-Generated Content

PitchPro360 uses artificial intelligence to generate proposal content, scoring, and recommendations. AI outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use. We process your proposal content through AI models to deliver these features but do not use your proposals to train AI models.

9. Proposal Sharing & Tracking

When you share a proposal via a unique link, we collect analytics data about recipients who view the proposal, including their IP address, device type, browser, and viewing duration. This data is used to provide you with engagement analytics. Recipients are not explicitly notified of this tracking.
