These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PitchPro360 ("Service"), operated by NWP, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Company", "we", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PitchPro360, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PitchPro360 provides AI-powered proposal creation and management tools via a web-based SaaS platform. Features include AI-generated proposals, PDF export, analytics, and team collaboration tools.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

PitchPro360 offers tiered subscription plans. Free trials last 30 days. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using PitchPro360. We retain ownership of the platform, its technology, branding, and all related intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NWP, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
